School Age Gymnastics
Ideal for beginners ages 6 -12. Basic skills are covered such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, beginning cartwheels, pullovers on bars, basic beam skills, bridges, and more.

Gymnastics 2
School Age Gymnastics
Ideal for ages 6-12. Skill requirements: Beginning pullovers, cartwheel on floor, handstand on floor, bridge and beginning backbend. Individuals will learn back hip circle on bars, beginning roundoffs, backbend kickovers and continue to build on Level 1 skills. Participants must pass Gymnastics Level 1 before entering Gymnastics Level 2.

Gymnastics 3
School Age Gymnastics
Ideal for ages 6-12. Skill Requirements: roundoff, back hip circle with no spot on bars, backbend kick-over on floor, and build on Level 2 Skills. Individuals will learn handstands and cartwheels on beam, jumping from low bar to high bar, roundoff off high beam, Beginning back springs on floor, beginning front tucks on floor. Participants must pass Gymnastics Level 2 before entering Gymnastics Level 3.

Gymnastics 4 & 5
School Age Gymnastics
Skill requirements: standing back handsprings on floor, front tuck off beam, cartwheel on high beam, handstand on high beam, pullover on high bar, front tuck landed. Participants will start to learn routines for high school gymnastics. Registration must be pre approved by Allison Titus before being allowed to register.
