Personal Training
Fitness Orientations are available with Fitness Staff during our Hosted Weight Room Hours where you can learn how to use equipment and be familiarized with the space.
KICKSTART - Personal Training
Our KICKSTART consultation provides you with the tools and support you need to succeed! Every member can sign up for one — even if it’s been a while since you joined. We want to help you make the most of your membership!
Your consultation consists of a one-on-one session with a Personal Trainer and based on your needs, the consultation will cover:
- Your personal wellness goals and obstacles to achieving them
- How to make a SMART plan for reaching your goals
- Aspects of a well-rounded fitness routine
Whether you are new to fitness, getting back on track, or an avid exerciser looking for a little more guidance, KICKSTART is a great place to start.
